Support Worker - Female
* Location: Ottershaw, Chertsey - Surrey
* Salary: £24,829 per annum (pro rata)
* Hours: Full-time
* Requirements: Full UK driving license preferred, access to own vehicle advantageous
We are seeking Support Workers to join us at Church Farm Bungalow, a registered care home supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia, and complex needs. The location is conveniently accessible, being a 5-minute walk from bus services.
Typical duties may include:
* Assisting individuals with daily activities and community engagement
* Supporting social activities and maintaining connections with family and friends
* Managing personal finances
* Maintaining a clean and welcoming home environment and shopping
