Salary: £62,479 per annum
Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

About the role
As a Financial Planning Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Accent’s financial future. Your work will focus on developing and managing our 30-year business plan, using BRIXX modelling software for precise forecasting and scenario planning. Your strategic financial planning will support informed decision-making aligned with long-term growth and resilience. Collaborating with various teams, you'll ensure cashflow forecasting and treasury management are continually refined to support our liquidity strategy. With a future-focused mindset, you'll stay aware of market trends and sector insights, providing foresight to navigate risks and seize opportunities, contributing to building better futures.

Salary
The spot salary for the Financial Planning Manager position is £62,479 per annum for candidates meeting all requirements. Candidates not meeting all requirements will start 5% or 10% below this salary.
About you
We're seeking a fully qualified accountant with expertise in BRIXX software, especially for long-term financial forecasting and modelling. Advanced spreadsheet skills and IT literacy to support analytical functions are essential. Proven treasury management experience within a complex, preferably regulated environment is required. An analytical mindset with strong trend analysis and risk management capabilities is needed. Knowledge of cashflow management and current accounting standards relevant to housing associations will be highly valued.
Financial Planning Manager Interviews
First-stage interview: 20th May via Teams.
Second-stage interviews: 28th May, location to be confirmed. This will involve a presentation, interview, and completion of a Congruity questionnaire in advance.
