We are seeking a proactiveBusiness Managerto support the Executive Director in overseeing operational and commercial activity across the venue, including racedays and a variety of events. This hands-on role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused and confident working across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support and manage relationships with catering teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
2. Oversee and deliver non-catering events such as self-catered weddings and venue hire bookings.
3. Assist with show rounds, customer engagement and handling on-site queries.
4. Lead operational setup for events and racedays alongside Operations and Catering teams.
5. Provide support and occasional cover for the Hospitality & Events Manager.
