Technical Administrator
We're looking for a local Technical Administrator to join our AMP8 United Utilities framework based in Warrington, Cheshire.
Location: Warrington, Cheshire - site visits will be required on the United Utilities Framework
Hours: 40 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Technical Administrator living close to Warrington, you'll be working collaboratively with the Office Manager, Project Accountant and Commercial Manager to assist them in the delivery of the accounting and administrative functions for the framework. This role is supporting the United Utilities Framework.
Your day to day will include:
* Looking after Goods received notes, where you will collect them from site, validate them.
* Invoice verification, including matching and processing. Liaising with internal departments within Kier and exception handling.
* Recording and processing of payroll information, labour allocation and labour-only subcontractors, including time and attendance, daily labour allocation sheet, and payroll reporting.
* Assisting with the cost monitoring and reporting on a weekly basis and reviewing for the month.
What are we looking for?
This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if:
* You are not bothered by figures.
* You have good experience of MS Office, in particular Excel.
* Knowledge of using Oracle and/or CPA Causeway also Depotnet.
