Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Hourly Rate: £12.26 Contract: 20 hours per week (including two sleep-ins)

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in a team dedicated to empowering individuals in their everyday lives. Your role includes:
* Supporting individuals with daily routines such as cooking, cleaning and personal care
* Encouraging independence and involvement in the community
* Supporting with hobbies, social events, and day trips
* Administering medication when required
* Keeping care plans and records up to date
* Safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their rights and wellbeing
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is genuinely caring, enthusiastic and has the resilience to support people through both the highs and lows of daily life.
* Experience with mental health needs, learning disabilities, or behaviours that challenge is desirable
* Confident and capable of adapting to new situations
* A good sense of humour and a compassionate approach
* Positive, proactive, and patient
* Must be comfortable with sleep-in duties
