About You
The successful Teaching Assistant will be:
Experienced in SEN support, youth work, community care, or education.
Patient, adaptable, and compassionate with strong communication skills.
Confident working 1:1 or in small groups, building positive relationships with students.
Knowledgeable about safeguarding and professional conduct in schools.
A positive team player who brings energy, empathy, and initiative to every day.
(Bonus) Skilled in PECS, Makaton, Signalong, or Team Teach - desirable but not essential.
