Responsibilities As the Events Account Manager, you will take a leading role in ensuring that clients are provided a first-class service from enquiry to project delivery. Own the business development plan to a chieve annual sales targets for Events and alongside support FSC overall growth targets/business plan annually. R esponsible for building strong and credible relationships with clients, ensuring project objectives are delivered on time and to a high standard. M anage time and resources in support of the successful deliver y of events. Accountable for all FSC event opportunities across the site, i ncluding the relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive further opportunities. Marketing and promotion of the facilities across the Events business at the FSC Engagement with the wider Growth team across Capita to service new business enquiries, exploiting existing client relationships in support of cross sell activity. Leading the Sports C entre revenue generation activity, ensuring BP is achieved, memberships grown and opportunities explored for additional revenue. Responsible for planning and organising Events held at the Fire Service College (FSC); overseeing their delivery, taking ownership through to debrief; and seeking new and repeat business opportunities. R esponsible for taking the operational lead on the development, implementation, and management of Events, including liaising, and negotiating with clients, as appropriate, and ensuring that Health and Safety obligations are adhered to. Working closely with our third-party suppliers on site to develop go to market propositions in partnership.
