The warm and welcoming school is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. The setting has been open for 1 year and is growing daily, recognised for its positive impact and recently awarded outstanding at Ofsted. It offers facilities including an on-site kitchen, a fully equipped music room, and outdoor space with a trim trail and on-site Forest School. The setting currently supports 45+ pupils aged 11 to 16, offering every learner a tailored and 1:1 education in a calm and nurturing environment.
This position is needed on a permanent basis and is a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities
* Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
* Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis
Qualifications / Requirements
* Relevant SEN experience
* Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* Eligibility to work in the UK
