We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Ophthalmology Department, providing exceptional care to patients at Harrogate & District NHS Foundation Trust.
This role offers exciting opportunities in audio typing and administrative support for our Consultants and team members.
Your primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive organisational and administrative support to the Consultant team, communicating with parents, carers, and external services.
The role involves handling sensitive telephone calls, relaying information to clinicians, supporting administration tasks, and typing clinic and administrative letters.
We aim for excellence in supporting our patients; your role will help maintain effective relationships between clinical teams, patients, and administrative services.
Using your initiative is essential. You must maintain complete confidentiality regarding Data Protection, patient details, and staff welfare.
You should be a team player, possess excellent communication skills, and be a proficient typist with good IT skills.
