Job Details:
* Location: Onsite near the Middleton, Idaho area
* Start Date: August
* Caseload: Specific student and site information will be discussed during the interview with the special services director
Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct evaluations to assess students' abilities and limitations in various functional areas.
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
* Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance students' daily activities and school participation.
* Monitor and assess students' progress towards their goals continuously.
* Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to provide comprehensive support.
* Educate and train school staff on strategies to help students achieve their occupational therapy goals.
* Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing.
What We’re Looking For:
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current state license in Idaho.
* Experience working with school-aged children, particularly those with disabilities or special needs.
* Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
