What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy support on mental health wards
Assist Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) teams to ensure high-quality dispensing services
Review medication regimes and recommend improvements for enhanced patient outcomes
Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain high standards of documentation and adhere to professional guidelines
Requirements
Registered with the GPhC
Previous experience in mental health pharmacy
Full driving licence preferred to support travel between care sites
