Marketing Automation Manager
£55,000 - £65,000
London or Hampshire
2/3 days per month in the office
A leading UK retail brand are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join their growing CRM and Data function. The company has recently hired some fantastic senior leaders to lead the transformation with CRM being at the forefront of it.
You will be responsible for implementing best practice design and build of the CRM program in Braze, utilising the customer data and capabilities of the customer engagement platform. You will also be accountable for the operations, processes and SLAs for campaign build, QA, testing and deployment.
The company are using Braze, so experience using Braze would be great, however other tools are considered.
Responsibilities
* Play a key role in the planning and delivery= of complex, personalized and automated CRM programs
* Build CRM campaigns to the required specification and deploy campaigns to agreed timelines
* Define operations, documentation and SLAs for campaign build, QA, testing and execution
* Work with the wider CRM team and the CDP Manager in the planning of CRM campaigns
* Define and source the best tools needed to achieve objectives, such as Litmus for email testing etc
* Share email best practice across the team
* Be aware and understand new features in Braze, sharing knowledge with the wider team to support the growth
Experience
* Significant experience in CRM build, planning, design and deployment including HTML
* 5+ years experience in CRM and Marketing
* Ideally Braze experience, however other tools are considered
* Experience delivering programmes with automation and personalization and can evidence this experience
* Data driven and analytical approach to CRM
