Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a well-established, high-volume commercial fleet maintenance and transport support organisation based in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, specialising in heavy goods vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and fleet uptime management across major logistics operations. Salary & Benefits:

The Role:
Undertake diagnostics, servicing, and repair of heavy commercial trucks and trailers
Carry out fault-finding on engine, transmission, braking, and electrical systems
Use OEM diagnostic systems (Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Volvo, PACCAR)
Provide scheduled servicing and safety inspections
Respond to breakdown and reactive repair work
Maintain accurate job records and service documentation
Requirements:
Experience working as a HGV / diesel technician or equivalent
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience with modern electronic diesel systems
Confident working independently in a workshop environment
Practical, problem-solving approach to repairs
