We\\'re looking for a Head Barista to lead the coffee and barista function at The Conduit - one of London’s leading private members’ clubs. You will be responsible for ensuring consistently high-quality beverages, strong service standards and an engaging guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will take ownership of the barista station during service, support and develop the team, and champion a coffee offering that reflects quality, craft and attention to detail.
