About the Role As an Additional Needs Learning Partner, you'll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, such as ASC, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs or learning delays. Every day is different, but your key responsibilities may include: Providing 1-1 support for a pupil who requires additional help Offering general classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Helping children to regulate emotions, focus and build confidence Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement support plans Encouraging positive behaviour, independence and engagement Creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued This is a rewarding role where you genuinely make a difference to children and their school experience. What We're Looking For You don't need to be a qualified teacher-what matters most is your passion, patience and willingness to support young learners. Ideal candidates will have: Experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, youth work, care, voluntary roles all welcome) A calm, supportive and positive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability and a genuine commitment to helping children succeed If you have previous SEN experience, that's a bonus-but not essential.
