Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Restraint Reduction Lead to join Achieve together. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver CPI Safety Interventions training and ensure all staff undertake relevant initial and refresher courses to maintain compliance with the Restraint Reduction Network Standards.
* Assist in creating a safe environment for the people we support and staff within the homes.
* Enable staff to develop knowledge and skills in the prevention and management of challenging behaviour.
Requirements:
* Hold a level 2 Diploma or higher in Health and Social Care.
* Experience working with autistic spectrum disorders and/or challenging behaviour.
* Possess a full driving license and access to a car.
* Have substantial experience in a health and social care setting.
* Be willing to work towards a CPI Instructor course and other relevant qualifications.
* Understand the rights of people with a learning disability.
