Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating domestic and international removals from the initial inquiry to completion
* Managing home items and commercial/office relocations
* Coordinating with clients, movers, and third‑party vendors to guarantee a successful relocation execution
* Creating move documents, including quotes, customs papers, and schedules
* Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
* Updating internal systems with removal details, fees, and timelines
* Providing great client assistance during the migration process
* Coordinating packaging, shipping, storage, and delivery services
* Handling any delays, issues, or adjustments that occur during a transfer
* Monitoring shipments and sending updates to customers
* Providing the sales staff with pricing and service information
* Following up with customers after the move to ensure they are satisfied
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous expertise in the removals industry
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
