We’re looking for a proactive automotive BUSINESS MANAGER support a busy main dealer sales department, maximising profitability, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Maximise every sales enquiry with strong follow‑up and process management
* Support daily sales briefings and team performance
* Manage customer deals, including finance, add‑on products and service plans
* Coach the team on customer‑needs analysis and effective sales techniques
* Handle part‑exchange valuations and financial settlements

* Experience in a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or similar role is essential
