Base pay range

Start as an Entry Level Advisor at £23,182 per annum (35 hours per week). Progress to Level 1 and Level 2 Advisor roles with increased salary upon successful completion of mandatory training.

We are looking for passionate, ambitious and friendly individuals to join our Customer Service team in Wakefield. You will be part of a dynamic and busy department that is based in our modern office here in Wakefield.

The Customer Service Advisor role is full-time (35 hours per week, 5 days). You will work shifts between 8am and 6pm, primarily Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work one weekend day if needed.

You will be contracted to work Monday to Sunday. Your rota will be provided 3 weeks in advance, and you will always have 2 consecutive days off.


About You

To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll need to be a great team player and comfortable using various IT systems to resolve queries efficiently. A passion for delivering great customer service and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience, both over the phone and via email, are essential. A high level of attention to detail is important.
