SEND Teacher Lincoln, Lincolnshire £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at the point of registration) Full time, temporary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive specialist provision in Lincoln from September. This is a full-time position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful applicant will work with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that support both academic achievement and personal development. Requirements: To be considered for the SEND Teacher position, you will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have experience working with children or young people with SEND, either in a specialist or mainstream setting Be confident in adapting teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs Have a strong understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and relationship-building skills Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one) Be patient, resilient, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team As an SEND Teacher, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
