The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to join our busy operations team. You will manage aluminium product orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and smooth communication with customers, sales teams, and suppliers. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in aluminium products and a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced environment. Experience with LogiKal software is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities • Process incoming orders for aluminium windows, doors, bifolds, and glazed extensions accurately and efficiently. • Use LogiKal software to process, price, and manage aluminium product orders. • Liaise with customers, sales teams, and site surveyors to confirm aluminium order details and delivery requirements. • Coordinate with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion. • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase orders when necessary. • Track aluminium orders and provide updates to customers and internal teams. • Resolve order-related issues promptly, including discrepancies, delays, or special requests. • Maintain accurate records in the order management system. • Support aftercare processes for aluminium products, including warranty or service requests. Skills & Experience • Previous experience as an order processor or sales administrator in aluminium windows, doors, or glazed extensions preferred. • Proficiency with LogiKal software is essential. • Knowledge of aluminium product ranges, including windows, doors, and bifolds. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • IT proficient, comfortable with order management and CRM systems. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
