About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for project coordination? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic IT Services team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless coordination across various projects while assisting our operations team in delivering exceptional results.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of Projects, creating timely and accurate reports, preparing financial information, and validating system and process change requests. Your contributions will directly impact our Defence clients, so please note that Security Clearance is required, and we will support your application if eligible.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide efficient administration services, optimizing time and resources.
* Maintain accurate data and prompt team members for updates.
* Assist with project start-up and closure in line with program and cost targets.
* Check end-of-month billing values and ensure accurate billing to clients.
* Compile weekly and monthly reports for live projects and attend daily update calls.
* Foster positive relationships with project customers through regular meetings.
* Monitor and test continual improvement updates for existing processes.
* Create new processes as needed to enhance efficiency.
* Apply industry-specific working methods and procedures effectively.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in customer service and administrative skills.
* Excellent written communication abilities.
* Experience with billing and invoicing.
* Strong understanding of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
* Ideally, previous experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint.
