About the role:
* Hourly rate: £18.00
* We require a general maintenance technician to carry out basic PPM checks within various buildings.
* This will include anything from lighting checks to visual inspections of various assets.
* There will also be general maintenance duties such as decoration, leak investigations, and fabric maintenance.
* Electrical Repairs
* Monday to Friday,
* Day shift
* Permanent role for the right person.
* START: ASAP.
* AM2 exam and portfolio
