Overview
Territory Manager North UK (Remote) — Salary up to £55,000, £20,000 uncapped bonus, company car. This role focuses on new business growth in the North UK with strong account management and retention capabilities. The opportunity is within a niche Medtech market with potential for substantial market share growth and progression to a national leadership position.
Responsibilities
* Drive new business development in the North UK territory with a focus on NHS purchasers.
* Map out the territory to identify and connect with the right decision makers within hospitals and hospital groups (e.g., Clinical Department Leads, Biomedical Leads, Procurement).
* Manage and retain accounts in addition to new business hunting.
* Maintain a field presence, visiting customers 3–4 days per week.
* Work with capital solution selling for medical devices/equipment while leveraging knowledge of consumables when appropriate.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve or exceed targets and contribute to market share growth.
Qualifications
* Prior sales experience selling medical consumables, devices, or equipment into the NHS is essential.
* A clinical or biomedical profile is a plus but not essential.
* Must be a proactive new business hunter with the ability to map a territory and engage the right decision makers.
* Solid account management experience, with a focus on customer service and retention.
Additional Information
Location: North UK (remote). Field-based with travel within the region. This role is part of a collaborative team and offers significant growth potential in a market with limited direct competition.
