Psychology Lecturer
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for an enthusiastic and skilled Psychology Lecturer to work with an exceptional College in Hull on a full-time (35 hour per week) basis. The booking will start on 3rd November and finish initially on 19th December, subject to increase in the future. Payment for this position will be between £20 and £35 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
The College is located centrally in Hull and is extremely easy to access via public transport from all areas of the city, or from outside the city on the train. Parking is available, with limited spaces, but a large car park is nearby with ample spaces.
You will be responsible for delivering BTEC Level 2 and 3 Psychology, and there may be some overlap with other social sciences if you have the ability to teach or deliver more than one social sciences subject. Planning and marking is expected with this role, but planning requirements will be minimal because of the amount of planning already on file.
Tradewind will also support your development during your placement and beyond through our fantastic CPD via The National College. You will be put onto the same CPD as permanent staff members, and encouraged to grow.
Requirements
* PGCE or similar teaching qualification.
* Relevant Level 3+ qualification in Psychology or a related subject.
* Experience working within schools in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
* Full CV history.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
