Location: Stella House, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE15 8NY, Tyne and Wear. Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week. Salary: £105,385 - £121,271 per annum, NHS AfC Band 9.
Job Overview
Lead the Commercial and Estates teams to shape and deliver a complex agenda. Manage high-value contracts, build stakeholder relationships, and drive value, efficiencies, and transformational change. Hybrid working with office base in Newcastle. Interviews in June.

* Lead estates management, procurement, and high-profile projects.
* Develop and maintain professional standards and relationships.
* Lead on innovation, stakeholder influence, and large-scale change.
Requirements
Extensive experience in public sector governance, procurement, and contract management. Leadership of estates and commercial teams. Knowledge of government and NHS standards. Relevant senior qualifications (e.g., CIPS, MBA). Demonstrable experience in strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation. Commitment to diversity and inclusion. Appropriate UK professional registration.
