Job Description:
The Sales & Investor Relations Manager is an experienced client relationship management professional responsible for building a network of relationships with key fund managers & institutional investors in the Middle East Region.
The role requires:
* Persuasive communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to cross-sell
* Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Good phone manners and sales skills; presentation and public speaking skills are a plus
* Drafting and collecting feedback from investor calls and meetings to help Program Directors prepare agendas
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Ability to prioritize effectively
* Understanding of the territory and ability to grow within the market
* Self-starter with a resilient attitude
* Team player
* Good understanding of the investment management industry, investor client base, and curiosity to learn more
* Willingness to travel abroad
* Interest in global news and a mature understanding of regional social, political, and economic trends and their impact on the investment industry
* Audience development planning skills
* Ability to manage event project timelines and coordinate with the IR team
* Capacity to grow new business and strengthen existing relationships
* Regular communication with investors via face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Pardot, Boomset, and other CRM tools related to event planning
* Ability to collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and audience targeting
* Coordinate with Program Directors, Client Coordinators, and Logistics Managers for events and communicate effectively with all involved staff
* Source content from investors for the Allocator Intel Network
* Willingness to travel to the Middle East region
