TIG Fabricator We are currently recruiting for a leading engineer business who are seeking to recruit a Senior Fabricator (TIG) this role is a senior position where along side carrying out TIG Fabrication you will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and apprentices. Core Responsibilities of role: To operate TIG welding equipment Fabricate parts as per engineer drawings Identify fabrication defects and take corrective action promptly. Operate all workshop machinery and tools safely and in accordance with company procedures. Prioritise workloads and assist supervisors in planning shop workflow. Support continuous improvement and enhance turnaround times, quality and team performance. Mentor junior fabricators and pipefitters in correct fabrication techniques. Essential Criteria: Previous proven experience in TIG welding (5 years) Experience mentoring junior staff and supporting their technical development within a fabrication environment.
