Responsibilities
* Lead supplier concern investigations, manage supplier meetings, and validate supplier parts to ensure quality standards are met.
* Qualify new suppliers, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base.
* Play a key role in crisis management, supporting in‑service and in‑factory quality incidents, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
* Support reliability investigations, prepare performance data for supplier reviews, and lead RCCA and 8D activities.
* Improve supplier process capability and ensure consistent quality across all supplied components.
Qualifications
* Quality‑focused engineer with experience in QA auditing within an automotive environment.
* Strong understanding of ISO9001, IATF 16949, and supplier quality tools such as SPC, RCCA, PPAP, 8D, 5S, and FMEA.
* Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to write clear and concise reports.
Preferred
* HND/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering.
* CQI certifications.
* Experience with APQP and QlikSense reporting tools.
