Previous experience working in a similar coffee environment is required You know how to motivate a team and keep energy high, even during the busiest shifts. You're results-focused, confident in running shifts, and ready to own daily operations. Ideally, you've worked nights or in similar 24/7 environments. You must be 18 due to shift patterns.
