Audit Senior role - working with complex clients within a supportive Staffordshire firm
Your new companyIndependent multi-office firm in Staffordshire, seeking to further grow their audit team. Your new roleIn this role, you'll work on audit assignments from start to finish. You'll be working with a diverse portfolio of complex clients to a high level of audit quality. The portfolio includes UK subsidiaries of larger overseas owned groups and therefore, you may get involved in more technical work such as consolidations. Additionally, you'll be confident in ensuring audit standards are high and will have the confidence to challenge and ask questions. You'll have support from a well-structured team and will have the potential to progress your career and develop your technical knowledge.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will be either fully ACA or ACCA qualified or close to achieving qualified status. You will also have solid UK audit experience gained within an accountancy firm and will have been involved in the whole life-cycle of the audit. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be important, and the right candidate will have an analytical approach and a keen eye for detail.
