In this role, you will be the first point of contact for expectant parents, nurturing warm enquiries and guiding them through the life-changing benefits of stem cell banking. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Engaging with new, warm enquiries to educate prospective clients on the science and benefits of stem cell storage.
* Building strong rapport and proactively managing a pipeline of existing leads to identify key prospects.
* Guiding clients effectively through the sales process.
* Advising existing customers on additional products and services that may benefit their family.
* Maintaining highly accurate and detailed records of all client interactions within our CRM system.
* Participating in a team rota to handle occasional out-of-hours emergency calls.
What We're Looking For (About You):
* An exceptional communicator with an outstanding telephone manner and the ability to build trust and rapport naturally.
* An outgoing, warm, persuasive, and empathetic personality.
* A genuine interest in medicine or science, with a talent for explaining complex topics in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset, driven to meet and exceed targets.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships is desirable.
Skills & Experience:
* While a scientific background is by no means essential, a demonstrable curiosity and willingness to learn complex concepts is key.
* Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required. We are looking for individuals with a positive, energetic, and target-driven attitude. Full training on our services and sales process will be provided.
