Location: The Pre-Contract the role will be based at our Head Office in Manchester, with hybrid working arrangements available.
The Post Contract the role requires travel to sites across our development patch which is predominantly Greater Manchester and South Yorkshire; candidates based in West Yorkshire are also encouraged as we can allocate projects across the Eastern side of Greater Manchester and South Yorkshire to suit.

We develop housing schemes for a range of affordable housing tenures, a mix of houses and apartments, and at varying degrees of complexity. About the Affordable Development Team
Our Affordable Development Team is proud to be one of the leading development teams in the North West and South Yorkshire. We deliver a diverse, multi-tenure programme including Affordable Rent, Social Rent, Rent to Buy, Specialist housing, and Shared Ownership.
The team delivers some of the most ambitious and high-profile schemes in the region - from large-scale regeneration projects to pioneering housing solutions. Flagship developments include innovative schemes such as the UKs first purpose-built majority LGBTQ+ Extra Care housing, reflecting our commitment to inclusion, quality, and social impact.

The opportunities
We have two project management opportunities within our Affordable Development Team roles available, one in our pre contract team and one in our post contract team. The roles offer the chance to work across different stages of the development lifecycle:
Pre-contract Development - shaping new schemes from feasibility through design, cost planning, procurement, contract negotiation, land acquisition and risk management, setting projects up for successful delivery.
Post-contract Development - leading or supporting live schemes on site, managing the external project team, budgets, programmes, quality, and stakeholder relationships to deliver safe, high-quality homes on time and on budget.
Role level and progression
Were open to appointing at Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level, depending on experience. Whether youre looking to step up, broaden your experience or take on a more senior challenge, youll find opportunities to grow at our client.
