Payroll Analyst North Liverpool Up to £35k (12month Fix Term Contract)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-known and successful organisation based in North Liverpool. Seeking a Payroll Analyst to support the HR and Payroll Team.
Duties include but not limited to:
1. Processing weekly payroll with a right first-time approach
2. Ensuring all hours and absences are imported correctly from Time and Attendance system to the payroll system, performing checks and correcting any discrepancies ahead of running payroll
3. Analysing pre-payroll reports and reconciling discrepancies ahead of preparing final payroll authorisation
4. Reconciling flexible benefit provider selections and resolving any weekly benefit issues that may occur
5. Manage own and assigned payroll query emails
6. Monitoring weekly payroll mailbox ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely manner
7. Ensure weekly hours are collated and processed in line with deadlines
8. Liaise with wider payroll team to ensure weekly payroll information, including overtime and flexible benefit adjustments are submitted error free and is right first time
