Job Overview
We have the perfect job for you in our Planning Administration Team. You will be part of a busy team registering all types of planning applications and meeting daily targets, answering telephone calls and e‑mail enquiries on all planning matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Register all types of planning applications accurately and efficiently.
* Calculate application fees and ensure compliance with government requirements.
* Answer telephone and e‑mail enquiries regarding planning matters.
* Meet daily application targets while working under pressure.
* Use initiative and attention to detail throughout all tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Capability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
* Basic understanding of planning processes and government requirements.
