We've partnered with a fast-growing tech business that's currently undergoing an exciting transformation into next-generation, web-based technologies.
About the role:
As Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of the product function — driving strategy, defining priorities, and ensuring products align with customer needs and business goals. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, development teams, and customer-facing departments to deliver market-leading features and experiences.

What you will do:
* Owning the product roadmap, aligning it with strategy and market trends.
* Translating customer requirements into clear user stories and use cases.
* Managing the product backlog and ensuring development work is well-defined and prioritised.
* Partnering with senior leadership to align product goals with business objectives.
* Leading cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, engagement managers, and project delivery.
* Supporting release cycles and ensuring features are delivered on time, to scope and quality.
Skills & Experience required:
* Proven experience in product management, ideally within software/tech environments.
* Strong strategic thinking and the ability to link product vision to business outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence working across technical and non-technical teams.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback.
* Familiarity with software development processes (e.g. React JS, APIs, CRM systems).
* Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority.
