They are committed to investing in your career and skill set, so when you join our client’s technical team at their Reading fleet workshop, where they maintain Mercedes-Benz trucks (Daimler Trucks), you will benefit from BPW and LOLER training, as well as online H&S e-learnings.\nHGV Technician - Day to day, you will be:\n * Performing major and minor repairs to heavy goods vehicles, trailers and other vehicles.\n * Performing regular inspection and general preventive maintenance services such as tyre rotation and oil changes.\n * Maintaining inventory in the workshop and cleanliness from oil spills and dust\n * Working with repair teams to help diagnose and plan repairs for the vehicles.\n * Maintaining records of vehicles that have been repaired or handled.\n * Providing repair services to clients on the road in case of emergencies.\n * Completing relevant documentation and paperwork as required and providing warranty claims or escalating them to higher m...
