What will you be doing?
* Gathering requirements from clients and stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities and desired outcomes
* Developing smart building, controls and BMS design and engineering solutions
* Coordinating digital building and controls design with other building services disciplines and external parties
* Preparing technical reports and presentations, translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences
* Acting as a trusted advisor on BMS and Smart Building design, integration and strategy
* Delivering blue-sky, aspirational workshops with clients and key stakeholders
* Supporting quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous professional development
* Assisting with marketing and business development activities where required

What you'll need
* A relevant engineering qualification with at least 3 years' experience in BMS, controls or Smart Buildings
* Knowledge of BMS systems, ideally with some experience designing building controls or integration solutions
* The ability to write specifications and technical reports
* Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
* A proactive mindset and ambition to grow into a subject matter expert
