* Variety of Projects:You'll work on a range of machinery and process automation projects from multiple sectors including Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Material Handling, Chemical and Nuclear
* Ownership and Leadership:You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, trusted to make key design decisions, and utilize your leadership skills within a small, collaborative team.
* Technical Excellence:Keep your coding skills sharp by working with multiple PLC platforms, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
* Customer Interaction:Engage directly with customers to understand their requirements and see projects through to commissioning.
* Work-Life Balance:Enjoy the freedom to manage your own workload and maintain a healthy work-life balance. There is no micromanagement here; you are trusted to deliver your projects with the support of your Manager when needed.

Location and Travel:
* Based in the Worksop/Sheffield area with opportunities for hybrid working and site visits across the UK and Europe. Expect around 20% travel annually, depending on projects.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive salary up to £60,000 DOE.
