* Develop and manage recording and reporting processes
* Allocate ad hoc work requests
* Liaise with customers
* Generate reports
* Answer queries
* Respond to first stage challenges
* Manage the inbox and Liberty processes
* Identify ways to streamline the ways of working and make efficiencies
