Kitson Associates is partnering with a leading housing developer in the South West to appoint an experienced Head of Sales, ready to take their next step up, or an established Sales Director to join a growing region.
The Role
* Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional results across multiple sites.
* Drive sales strategy, pricing, and customer journey to maximise revenue and profitability.
* Work closely with the board to align sales performance with wider business objectives.
* Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development to ensure a high-performing, motivated team at all times.
About You
* An established Sales Director (or very experienced Head of Sales ready for the step up) within the new build housing industry - essential
* Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth within a residential developer.
* Commercially astute, strategic, and hands‑on when needed.
* South West base, with flexibility to travel across sites as required - essential
