About the Role: MEEM are seeking The Junior Product Analyst will support MEEM’s growing digital and trading ambitions, contributing to analytics and reporting across our expanding markets as well as our evolving digital product experience. Working under the guidance of the Senior Product Analyst, this role will help ensure our web performance data is accurate, reliable, and actionable across all regions. The Junior Product Analyst will contribute to the analysis that shapes new digital product features, supports product discovery, and measures post-launch impact - helping the business to deliver best- in-class customer journeys in every market. This role is ideally suited to candidates eager to learn and grow their skills in product analytics, a career-switcher, or someone looking for their first analytics role. Responsibilities: Data Preparation & Reporting: ● Maintain and update dashboards and reports for eCommerce, Marketing, and Digital Product teams across all active markets. On a BAU and ad-hoc basis. ● Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various data sources. ● Monitor data for breakages or outages, working in partnership with Software Engineers by supplying data and insights to support troubleshooting and resolution ● Collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure tracking and tagging solutions are fit for purpose and support Growth team requirements. Analysis & Insight Support ● Collaborate with Senior Product Analyst on analysis of customer behaviour, product performance, campaign impact and overall website functionality. ● Prepare visualisations and data summaries to help communicate actionable insights to stakeholders across the business. ● Conduct ad hoc data pulls using SQL, Google Analytics, or other analytics tools eg Content square. Digital Product Development ● Support Senior Product Analyst in outlining analytics requirements to be implemented by DPT ● Supporting product development - working with Product Managers and Product Designers to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve product features and customer experience ● Supporting A/B testing efforts by gathering data, analysing test results, and helping interpret findings to guide product decisions Digital Product Development ● Support Senior Product Analyst in outlining analytics requirements to be implemented by DPT ● Supporting product development - working with Product Managers and Product Designers to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve product features and customer experience ● Supporting A/B testing efforts by gathering data, analysing test results, and helping interpret findings to guide product decisions Skills: ● Experience in an analytics, reporting, or data-focused role (eCommerce experience desirable but not essential). ● A foundational understanding of web analytics tools (GA4 preferred) ● Exposure to tools such as Contentsquare and GTM, or a strong willingness to learn. ● Basic knowledge of SQL, or an interest in developing SQL skills. ● Strong Excel skills, with some experience using data visualisation or BI tools (e.g. Sigma). ● A high level of attention to detail, with a structured and methodical approach to working with data.
