Aprivate sector organisation is recruiting for a Client Onboarding Analyst based in Belfast.
Your new role
As the Client Onboarding Analyst, you’ll support the full onboarding process for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll review documentation, ensure regulatory requirements are met, andmunicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to keep onboarding activity moving. You’ll analyse information, make informed decisions based on established procedures, and escalate where needed. Daily, you’ll prioritise tasks, work to strict deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards to support the wider team’s objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Client onboarding: Managing requirements for new and existing clientsRegulatorypliance: Ensuring all activity aligns with relevant standardsStakeholder management: Maintaining clear, concisemunicationTask prioritisation: Meeting SLAs and working efficiently in a fast‑paced environmentProblem-solving: Applying technical knowledge to resolve issues using established precedents
What you'll need to succeed

What you'll get in return
Based in Belfast £15 per hour Until 30th June 2027 Full time hours Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
