The Role This Project Manager role sits at the heart of a large-scale transition and onboarding programme, focused on moving clients and services onto a modern digital platform. You'll take end-to-end ownership of complex projects, coordinating multiple internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely delivery. This is a hands-on delivery role rather than pure governance - ideal for someone who enjoys owning outcomes, managing ambiguity, and being close to execution. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through to delivery and handover Act as the primary point of contact between internal delivery teams and external stakeholders Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating where required Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality, time, and scope expectations Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates Support wider business initiatives including new client onboarding and growth activity What We're Looking For Proven experience in a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role Background in financial services or pensions Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior and non-technical audiences Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple workstreams simultaneously Pragmatic problem-solver who can make decisions and keep delivery moving Why Apply?
