The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Temporary Office Assistant. You will be responsible for the team's administrative requirements. This will be for a minimum of 3 months
Responsibilities will include:
* Preparing contract packs
* Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards.
* Reviewing a daily workflow and actioning tasks through our case management system
* Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for case handlers.
* Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to team supervisors.
