Role & Responsibilities:
* Support KS1 and KS2 students covering all subjects.
* Help students stay engaged with tasks and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
* Prepare classroom resources and ensure the classroom is well-organized and welcoming.
* Be a key part of the class teacher's team by providing encouragement, support, and de-escalation when needed.
Who We're Looking For:
* A passionate individual who wants to help every child reach their full potential.
* Someone who is reliable, flexible, and creative.
* Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly working with children with SEND (preferred but not essential).
* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting children's learning and development.
