Elgin Support Worker required:

* Enthusiastic Support workers
* Support workers who want to provide physical and emotional support for those in need.
* 6 months UK care experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What does the day to day look like?
* Promote independence and encourage the service user to achieve their own personal outcomes
* Accompany and participate in meaningful activities such as community involvement and relationship building exercises
* Help service users access leisure and social opportunities
* Update our care plans accordingly
