Permanent | Midlands Region (UK). Regular UK travel and visits to Leeds Head Office are required. Location: Leeds, GB. Arla Foods is recruiting an Agricultural Manager to support farms across the Midlands Region. You’ll work closely with Arla’s UK cooperative members and direct suppliers to uphold high milk quality standards and ensure effective cooperative governance, with regular visits to our farmer owners.

Key responsibilities
* Act as the main contact point for Arla members – driving strong democracy, settlement and training and supporting communication between Arla Foods Management and farmer members
* Execute key operational plans or deliver high-profile/specialist projects that directly impact functional success
* Challenge processes and practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Serve as the key contact and provide secretary services (District Council, District Meetings)
* Support Arla’s sustainability agenda on farm, building knowledge, engagement, buy-in, and action among farmers, farm advisors, and the wider agricultural industry
* Support the development and execution of Arla’s added milk concepts and handling milk quality and brand risk issues with farmers
* Arrange farm meetings for external and internal visitors and manage communication flow with owner members – including physical and digital meetings
