We are now seeking a full-time Senior Paralegal to support our partners and senior solicitors across a sophisticated international caseload. The roles also involves effectively communicating with clients and other stakeholders, providing high-quality support to the legal team, and ensuring deadlines are met with efficiency and precision.
Who we’re looking for
This role is ideal for an experienced paralegal and would well suit a career paralegal or Cilex.
Essential requirements
* At least 2 years’ family law paralegal experience
* Confident usage of the HMCTS portal
* Strong drafting experience — including Form Es, Chrnologies, questionnaires, ES1 (with supervision).
* Experience in supporting fee earners to prepare bundles and manage disclosure in significant financial cases.
* Excellent communication skills, including professionalism in client care.
* Strong understanding of family procedure and court processes.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Comfortable working closely with partners on HNW and international matters.
* Able to attend our London office at least 3 days per week
* Full right to work in the UK.
Desirable
* Paralegal certification or qualification in legal studies preferred
* Experience working with high-net-worth clients or cross-border matters.
* Experience in international family law is an advantage
* Familiarity with case management systems and digital document management.
What you’ll do
* Assist fee earners to manage a caseload of complex and international family law matters.
* Produce high-quality first drafts of legal documents and court forms.
* Manage bundles, disclosure, correspondence and diarising deadlines.
* Liaise with counsel, experts and international lawyers.
* Attend client meetings, conferences and hearings where appropriate.
* Support team members and take initiative on improving processes.
* Contribute to internal or external projects, events or research.
