Marketplace Manager – Amazon FBA

Full time position responsible for driving the performance of our Amazon FBA business across the UK, USA, Canada and future global platforms.


Work Location

Hybrid – employee works remotely from home 4–5 days per week and travels to our Head Office in Narborough, Norfolk (PE32 1TE) one day per week, subject to scheduling.

The Opportunity

You will lead the marketplace strategy, ensuring listings, ads and operational flows are fully optimised. The role requires a data‑driven mindset and a passion for e‑commerce trading.


Core Responsibilities

* Lead and grow the UK FBA channel, preparing for a 2026 launch across multiple international marketplaces.
* Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, DSP, etc.) to achieve targeted ROAS.
* Conduct keyword research and listing audits using Helium 10.
* Own the marketplace P&L, delivering on net revenue, gross margin and net contribution targets.
* Forecast, manage availability and minimise chargebacks through operational excellence.
* Negotiate vendor terms with Amazon for optimal commercial outcomes.
* Optimise conversion, SEO, product content and listing quality to maximise visibility and sales.
* Monitor and resolve account health, policy compliance and performance metrics.
* Support global expansion into new markets, focusing initially on Europe.
* Conduct weekly executive reviews and share monthly & quarterly reporting with deep insights.


Logistics & Operational Support

* Liaise with third‑party couriers (Royal Mail, DHL, Amazon Shipping, UPS) to resolve delivery issues and streamline logistics.


Data Analysis & Reporting

* Produce and interpret sales, inventory, ROAS, and advertising performance reports.


What We’re Looking For


Essential

* 1–2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (international preferred).
* Proven success in optimising listings, managing FBA/FBM and running PPC campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of Helium 10 and repricing tools (RepricerExpress, Seller Snap, etc.).
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
* Practical understanding of e‑commerce trading with a focus on profitability and conversion.
* Experience troubleshooting shipping issues with couriers and logistics providers.
* Analytical mindset, confident using performance data to inform strategy.


Preferred

* Background in FMCG.
* Experience with eBay and/or other online marketplaces.
* Understanding of international market nuances (currency, compliance, regional preferences).
